These terms set the basic rules for using the Chromadots website and mobile game.

By accessing the Chromadots website or game, you agree to these terms and to any platform terms that apply through Apple, Google, or another distributor. If you do not agree, do not use Chromadots.
Personal-use license
Chromadots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of your app store.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site or game, bypass access controls, exploit advertising or reward systems, distribute modified copies, impersonate another person, or use Chromadots in a way that violates applicable law.
Ownership
Chromadots, its visual identity, puzzles, software, copy, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use the Chromadots brand outside ordinary personal use of the product.
Availability and changes
Features, puzzle content, advertising, supported platforms, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the product where reasonably necessary. Local progress can be affected by uninstalling the app, clearing device storage, or changing devices.
Disclaimer and limitation
Chromadots is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every device and configuration will behave identically. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
